The Scriptures: We believe the Bible was written by men who were Divinely inspired. The Holy Spirit is it's author, Salvation and edification it's purpose, and is without error. He who inspired the Word has preserved his accuracy. God: We believe in the One true God, to whom we owe the highest love and devotion. Represented in three persons; Father, Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit. Father God: We believe our Father in Heaven is the Mind behind all creation, and the ultimate source of all true love. Jesus: We believe Jesus Christ is God, begotten of the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin into the human family. We believe He is 100% man and 100% God. Holy Spirit: We believe in the personality and Deity of the Holy Spirit who illuminates the Word for our understanding, and guides the believer in daily conduct. The Resurrection: We believe in the resurrection of the crucified body of Jesus and that He was raised with a literal body of flesh and bone. We also believe in the bodily resurrection of the saints at the soon return of the Lord. Salvation: We believe salvation is by Grace through faith, accomplished by the finished work of Jesus at Calvary. Church: We believe the church is the body of born again, baptized, believers associated by covenant in the faith and fellowship of the gospel ministry and that in that body Jesus is the Head. Separation: We believe all believers are called to a life of separation from the world and unto a life of holiness in character and purpose. Second Advent: We believe Jesus is coming back literally, bodily and personally. Satan: We believe in the reality of Satan and the demonic kingdom he rules and in his primary purpose to attempt to lead people away from God, pervert His word, and incite division among individuals. |
